My experience with Classic Collision was amazing. I live a little over an hour away but they made it so easy from the time I dropped it off and then picked it back up. The communication, their prices are very competitive, the friendliness of the entire staff, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I was worried about the color of my car if it would look original and the paint looks wonderful!! I highly recommend them!! Don’t go anywhere else!! They may it so easy!!

After picking it up, I noticed the car was pulling to the left. I took it to Express Oil for an alignment and discovered the driver’s side tire had a puncture and was flat by the time I arrived. While the final repair looked fine, the communication and attention to detail could have been better.

The repair took about a week longer than originally estimated. When I first arrived to pick up the car, the panel gaps were noticeably misaligned and the inner fender liner in front of the passenger-side tire was sticking out. I had to leave the car and follow up myself a week later to find out it was ready—no one contacted me. The final result was acceptable, but the lack of communication and quality control was disappointing.

Have changed the schedule for pickup multiple times. Also sent a text saying that it was ready and when I called said it wasn’t. Need to get this process corrected. Even if I was happy with the repairs this leaves a bad taste
