Jose was fantastic and would get a 10. However, I was not informed of the 3% surcharge on credit cards in advance and was charged over $60 because of this. It was only implemented on the day I had to pay with no advance warning at all.

When I picked up my vehicle I was told it was clicking and squeaking. Jose said they were unaware why. I shared that it was not doing those things before the incident and should not be doing so after being fixed.. I was told I could drive home but felt immediate clicking in the rear. I am very frustrated I will have to bring the car back in to be fixed

Car still had tape and part info written on it, new scratches, and the “fixed” trunk lid was not aligned when I went to pick up the vehicle.
