My car was ready sooner than promised and the staff gave me regular updates. I would have given all 10s, but there was residue from a large sticker on the wind shield. The two pointed out and apologized, but did not offer to get it cleaned off.

I received an update almost everyday concerning my vehicle and where they were at in the process which I really appreciated.
