I was very satisfied with the repairs. Although it did take longer than I hoped I understand that was due to back order parts etc. What I was disappointed with was that after I got home and really looked at my car I noticed how filthy it was. There was absolutely zero cleaning up done on the inside of my vehicle after the repairs. The whole inside is covered in a layer of dust. There is glue streaks down the inside of the back window, glue on the door frame, and then that’s also when I noticed a piece of rubber trim was missing off the back door. My husband decided to take the car back up there to show them and from what he says the manager was very upset about the condition of my vehicle and said he would get the part ordered and would have my vehicle detailed but we will have to see how that plays out. As of now I’m pretty upset and don’t even want to drive it in this condition.
