John and the staff there are meticulous. They care about their customers and know their trade well. Prices were the best jmif 5 shops I visited. I woukd have chosen them even if they had been more just because they were obviously more concerned with making me gaooy versus trying to take me or the insurance company for a ride and an extra buck. Highly recommend.

My 2024 Lexus TX 350 was rear ended while parked. The other party had a medical event so hit my car going much faster than normal & part of his front end ended up under my vehicle. It was an unfortunate situation for all involved. Going through his insurance I had 2 choices in Huntsville to get my car fixed so I went with Classic Collision. I’m SO glad I did! They were all very nice ppl and I couldn’t be happier with my vehicle now that I have it back. They communicated with me several times for updates during the process. Plus, I can’t tell you how happy I was when I was able to pick it up a few days earlier than scheduled! I’ve had it back for a week now and it looks great, drives great, no rattles, no nothing. Considering the total cost of everything was just over $15, 000, I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for it. But I would have b/c I’m so happy with the results. I’d use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting their car fixed right. Thank you to everyone at Classic Collision!

Only issue was misaligned light and welding in small area of trunk was not smooth, however manager immediately offered to fix the repair and explained he didn’t notice.
