Reception and estimation was great. Communication during fix and pickup was lacking as I was not provided with an estimated duration and was only notified that my car was ready that afternoon (no chance to pre-arrange transportation for pick up). I also would have expected at least a minimal run-through of the work done and and inspection of the results, but was just handed a receipt.

There was significant damage to the paint on the right front bumper that was not repaired. Everything else was fine, other than the extensive period required for repair and constantly having to deal with extending the rental car contract. We could not get a vehicle of the grade our insurance covered, so my wife had to endure knee pain getting into and out of a compact car built low to the ground, while she is 5'-9" tall, 76 yrs old.
