Service was great, people were great, and mostly recommend; but the driveway is so steep its difficult not to scrape a regular car coming in and out. If I'm worried I'm going to damage my car just by leaving the shop.... ya know? lol.

Very annoyed that you would not accept $500 dollars cash for my deductible. Yet you insisted you charging me the fee for using my credit card that you insisted I use. This used to be a locally owned place. I miss the old management. I will shop around for a more amiable LOCAL place. I hate that as I have been using lones for almost 20 years.
