We have used Classic Collision a number of times. We are always pleased. This time was only different because we have an electric vehicle and they were unable to provide a proper charge for the car when we picked up the car.

Overall, customer service was very good. Roger was excellent, he kept me updated throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back on time. I really appreciated his communication and professionalism. The only area that could improve would be the front desk phone experience, as I sometimes felt a bit dismissed. That said, the overall experience was positive.

From the first minute that I met Drew, he immediately told me that my damage was not as bad as it looked and that made me feel so much better. He kept his word and sent me a text every other day to give me an update on what was going on. He stayed on schedule and I was very pleased with the entire process. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
