I think it was a great job done overall. But I'm experiencing uneveness on the front driver side when driving in the highway. Can this be inspected?

Drew really went above and beyond for me- even with the current state of parts shortages he was still able to get my truck back in a very timely manner. The customer service was amazing, and I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. My truck serves as my work truck too, and the on site enterprise reps were extremely accommodating for my needs. Yet again the whole Classic Collision brand is unparalleled in the austin market place- I owe many thanks to drew for everything. When I pick up my car it was spotless and the interior was even cleaned for me! I hope to not have another accident again- but if I do or anyone I know does the shop will be the only place I recommend ! This place and their staff is a rare find.

Hector and Roy were great but there was conflicting information given to me when I called with questions. I was first told y’all would help me get a rental by staff. Then when I called back I was told I was wrong and the person I talked to is no longer working here. So I started reaching out to rental companies on my own. When I called back the automated message said that y’all do assist with car rentals. I was confused and annoyed that I had to do everything on my own and was lied to.

Repair was ok, no issues there. My spare tire disappeared, week and half later I still have no resolution and haven’t heard from their manager. I would not recommend this shop.

Drew and his partner were fantastic. Professional, courteous, excellent communicators, surprisingly accurate with the timing given the current supply chain issues in the country. I was very very happy with the service I received. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do have the need for collision repair, I will be back to you all!
