Ingnored on missing parts of bumber came by twice in person 8 wks later nothing no call they can be easily pick up at Toyota not ordered liar adjuster (Roger ). Was mainly Proggresive suggestion not my choice okay just get it done and take it as if we were getting it free take verbal abuse as if we were kids

You never really want to be going to an auto collision shop, because it usually means you were in an accident. What is usually a stressful inconvenience, was a smooth ride for me. Roy was my contact and he kept me updated throughout the entire process which I appreciate greatly. Brandon the shop manager was very friendly and thorough. These guys got me my vehicle back within a week and it looked fantastic. I was fully expecting to have to go back and forth pointing out things that weren't right, but I didn't need to at all. It looks like I was never hit in the first place and they even did a little cleaning detail on my interior. I would go back for all my future needs, easily.

Easily the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Usually a car accident is a source of major stress and exhaustion going back and forth with people. This was not the case. Roy and Brandon were excellent the entire time. Roy kept me updated throughout the whole process and I never felt like I was left in the dark. My entire quarter panel and side trims, and wheel needed to be repaired. I'd argue that my vehicle looks even better than it did prior to my accident.
