Our experience last year was excellent! This past week was no different! We were welcomed back by the front desk. Jacob Sparks took real good care of us. We were informed by him each day. We didn’t have to call for updates! Today we picked up our Ford truck and the repair was excellent? Classic Collision does superior work!

I’d like to start by saying Joseph Gutierrez helped me. He was my advisor and really stayed on top of everything. After several years and some lingering issues with my car, they were able to take care of it no questions asked. They repaired everything that needed to be repaired, did it in a good amount of time, and were extremely professional throughout the process. I truly can’t say enough good things. Joseph was an amazing surface advisor, but my entire experience taking over double the amount of time it was supposed to with the wrong parts being delivered made for a very bad experience, but I don’t know how to convey that without hurting Joseph so I need to make sure that my dissatisfaction with the overall process had nothing to do with my service advisor
