I told Jacob I can be in July 20 to take the preliminary photos. Jacob wasn’t there so the manager Mark helped me. A couple days later Jacob called me and asked when I was bringing my car in. I told I did and the manager had the photos. He finally got the photos and started ordering the parts. Then when I dropped off my car we agreed on August 10. I told Jacob I will be there at 7:30am when they open. He said he would be there all day. Now I know stuff comes up but I sat there with my 4 year old daughter waiting for him to get there. If he couldnt make it then someone there should have said I’m not sure where he is but let me help you. No one helped me til 9am. 1.5 hours I sat there in the waiting room trying to keep my 4 year old calm and busy. Then I had tried calling Jacob 4 times during the week and every time someone in the front said “let me take down your name and number I will have him call you back”. He never did.

I am so appreciative that Douglas, Service Advisor contacted me every time they were getting ready to do something to my car. From communicating with our Insurance Advisor, Parts received , Painting vehicle to finishing and wrap up! The car came out looking great. They matched the paint perfectly. My car looks new! The San Pedro Administrative staff also were very helpful and answered all of my concerns. I will use Classic Collision for my next paint job and will recommend them to all my family and friends. I also appreciate that they communicated with my Insurance and took care of all Insurance issues!

When I brought my vehicle, Jacob told me that it would be a week (Friday 8/24). Jacob texted updates and wrote that a part that was ordered, was damaged. On Saturday, Aug 8, Douglas texted me and wrote that if Jacob comes in today, he will release the vehicle to me. I was not able to pick up the vehicle until Aug 10th When I got a rental, Enterprise said they would offer discount of $36 a day for only one week. I texted Jacob and he said they would take care of the rental the second week. This is not true. My rental bill is $795. I won't be back to Classic Collision.

Jacob keep extending the completion date. He said that he would cover rental cost after one, but never did. The vehicle was ready for pickup on a Saturday. I wasn't able to pick it up because he wasn't working that day.
