I called the shop 3 or more times and was told they would call me back. No one ever called back with an estimated completion date. The shop also lost my wheel lock:

Procare collision repaired my car like new in a very professional manner. Liz was so friendly and helpful and she called me with updates on its progress and answered all my questions. Sam, the manager went above and beyond. He discussed my battery issue when I called a couple of days after my car was fixed which wasn't his problem.He then came to my house to jumpstart my car which was very kind of him. I'm very grateful.,and so impressed by him!
