Sharon did a really good job setting up expectations correctly, including the timeline and what to expect in the worst-case scenario and best-case scenario. She's communicative, and it got done earlier than expected, so I'm very happy. Five-star!!!! 100 points for Sharon!!!!!! Overall great experience at Classic Collision from beginning to the end, including rental car services and drop-off.

Classic collision was extremely responsive. I was still on the phone with my insurance agent, talking about the claim when I received the call from classical collision to start the process. I was able to bring the car in the same day, I received regular text updates regarding the repair process, and was able to pick up the car on the day that I had wanted to. We did not need a rental car, but we were offered one . The itemized list of the repairs was incredibly helpful.I would highly recommend classic collision to any anybody who needs bodywork. It was seamless working with the insurance company.

Jean from classic Collision in Sandy Springs assisted me with my Toyota‘s repair! He was professional and efficient and remained consistent throughout the process. He helped clarify and adjust the repair accordingly. He prioritized completion so that I could get my car back in time to decrease time on my car rental.
