While repairing the hood the side panels were damaged (finish issue, dent, and scratches). I have been back twice (once immediately as I noticed it at about 6pm on pick up and talked with Frank) but have not been able to get ahold of the manager (due to holiday travel) but I would like the new damage caused by Caliber repaired, and a rental car for the length of the repair.

I believe it was great! My car was returned with the gas tank Low Fuel light on. It made me wonder how much fuel I left in the tank, because having it that low would be very unusual. Otherwise, so far my car looks as if it wasn’t even hit, and so far drives perfectly.
