Repairs were not complete upon initial pick up, and needed 2 additional days to fix the discrepancies not completed and checked initially. On second pick up additional items were found and needed to be completed. On the drive home from work the driver fog lamp was dangling due to broken clips from the repair. Another trip has to be made to get that repaired. Seems like the final inspection phase is not thorough enough before customers are contacted for pick up.

The manger or head of sales team was really nice and accommodating, placed my sun visor in my car due to extreme heat weather 103’ conditions so I really appreciate the help in small things . I got the call right before work to pick up my car so I went real quick for pick up. I noticed when I got home that I had 2 scratches but it looked as if a sharp object bc it looked really thin and Kinda deep fresh looking also . I didnt see it at the place bc I was in a huge hurry going to work and was also focus on the work they did real quick didn’t have a chance to call I figured the next day they would say otherwise but I can’t really say anything because idk . But it really bothered me bc I really take care of my car as best as I can but small things like that really bothers but other than that they were great wish there was a way to fix that small issue .

Paint repair is noticeable where it is missing paint and was not painted all the way. Sheet metal silver color can be see where the paint should have been painted and it’s missing
