Our service manager, Pat, was very professional and courteous. He looked over the vehicle and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He even checked in on us while the vehicle was in the shop. In our opinion, Pat went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. (The location we used was the SW Military Drive, San Antonio)
