Front desk gal needs social skills improvement and I asked her if yall can keep my truck until the 17th but she said no it’ll be done on the 14th then while on vacation I’m told it’ll be done the 16th and at then I need to pay a uber when I shouldn’t have.

Hello, the ignition look great, but when I left my horn didn’t work, I also noticed that my windshield was still not repaired. The bumper was not replaced as a crack in it and the interior center console fabric material is still ripped. Those are all damages that would happen when my vehicle was stolen in vandalize. Also, I’m not sure if you guys cover scratches and dents or paint jobs. I already contacted my insurance company to bring back the vehicle. The lady at the front desk was really nice.

Repairs went fine, however I am quite disappointed with security of my vehicle while under care at repair shop. Items totaling about $380 were missing/stolen from vehicle on pickup. I have brought this to attention of auto shop and also filed a police report.

I was not provided with time estimate in terms of how long repairs would take. I was also not verbally instructed specifically to remove/clear items from vehicle as they might be stolen. If known, I would have taken care before dropping my car off and trusting shop.

I was told the person who originally inspected and contracted the repair with me didn't work there any more so their promise of completion date might not be able to be honored. More concerning was lack of upfront accurate communication. Automated messages weren't in line with shop performance causing me to spend considerable personal funds and wasting many hours of needed driving between Anchorage and Homer. Also receiving messages a few hours apart regarding pickup date being delayed by 7 days and not have sufficient time to call for more info because messages were sent out late on Friday and shop closed until Monday.
