The drivers door was not properly repaired and there is a stick/grind sensation when getting in and out, which was one of the main issues reported. Separately there was a discussion between Classic and Progressive about the stereo not being fixed so it remains unaddressed which was a total surprise, and the worst part is my check engine light came on when I was about halfway home, not far away at all. Less than a few miles. The customer service ladies were extremely kind, and I do appreciate them, and I’ll be bringing it back Wednesday when I get back into town, but it doesn’t seem safe and it will not be driven otherwise until I bring it back. I really hope it can be properly repaired this time, and I’m pretty disappointed since I was without my vehicle for over a month already. The door issue is particularly obvious, and I’m genuinely surprised it passed any sort of quality check. I’m anxious to see what else I find that wasn’t taken care of. Again I appreciate the lovely customer service, but I also need a fully repaired safe vehicle so I can move on with my life after a bad accident.

I was very surprised and disappointed to leave with a new issue occurring with the driver side front door that wasn’t there before, and for the check engine light to immediately come on, as well as lack of communication relating to the stereo screen not being repaired. At this point I don’t know what else could be wrong that wasn’t addressed. The visual body work done on the front right looks clean, but otherwise I’m pretty unhappy.
