Loved Zoe !!! She was super respectful and genuinely just warm and kind, then when things were held up for logistical reasons she didn’t make excuses and just made everything more clear moving forward. Brandon was also super approachable and genuine with his interactions. Highly recommend to anyone I know :)

There was couple of issues. 1. The repair shop left out 2 front bumper plastic push pins that hold it in place which will be fixed when the vehicle is brought back in a few weeks. 2. There were paint flakes from the stripe being removed all over the back of the vehicle cargo area carpet and where the lift gate door button is locatged all over the trim. Other than that, looked great and I appreciate all the hard work. Thank you,
