When dropping off my vehicle, there was miscommunication about the date which resulted in some back and forth to reorganize, but they took care of it. Mistakes happen, but then pickup after repairs was agreed upon, but my truck was not left for me to pickup. This resulted in delayed travels and a hotel stay.

Still waiting on Inner Front Right Fender Part for Install on the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Surprised that no Hwy Test Drive was done to see if there was and Front End Issues or Right Font Wheel Alignment Issues as the Miles on the Speedometer was the Same Miles as when I dropped Off and Picked Vehicle Up . Still need to Bring the Jeep in again for the Inner right Front Fender part to Arrive . Other then that Grate Customer Service from Michaela Estimator , Brad Body Shop , Zeo Front Desk

If 11 was an option, I’d put that. I can’t say enough how professional, competent, and detailed my experience was at every stage of the process. The estimate was efficient and thorough, the repair work took the exact amount of time that was told it would and looks fantastic. As a bonus, the rental car was dropped off and picked up for me. I’m so impressed and will be recommending your group to my friends.
