Quoted for 30 days of work and received car back within 21 days. Had to come right back in after picking up car for a couple of items missing from car. Another trip scheduled to have a few spots fixed that were missed on the first visit.

The process was easy and painless. Kudos to the front desk team and the labor behind the scenes. Only one minor complaint - the replacement bumper paint matching was close but noticeably a bit off. Hard to expect 100% match, but still a minor detail that could have been improved. Everything else looks great. Thanks.

Didnt like being treated like a girl who didn’t know her truck. It’s my dream truck I’ve had for 5 years I’m very aware of it and it’s condition.

I emailed about my dissatisfaction of the placement of my bumper and this was my interaction after they inspected my complaints. Then gentleman with two different eye color told me this: He’s personally replaced Hundreds of bumpers exactly like this truck, they all look the exact same. Millimeters can be off. Trucks make the worst fitting bumpers out there, they’re not like compact cars that are form fitted. Toyotas have terrible fitting bumpers in general. Actually the tundras specifically are the worst for fitting bumpers, and the mechanic actually had to wrench this one to get it bolted on. Only millimeters adjustments can be made. Obviously you’ve chosen a truck for a reason, I see a tow hitch.... and I can see the bumpers been bumped a few times, you can’t see on the outside of the bumper but underneath I could see. (Me: Well sir that’s why I pay for insurance) Getting frustrated that he was just fast talking me in circles, I said I need to get back to my class we can figure this out another time (I had ran outside to swipe my keys from him, but I was in the middle of a class). As I’m walking away he yells out, “as far as I’m concerned we’re done here.” Didnt appreciate the insinuation that I am hard in my truck, transportation for myself and 3 kiddos is it’s use 95% of the time, driving across town in yakutat is about 5 miles. I didn’t buy a truck to abuse it, I needs to fit 3 car seats across the back and something that could drive in the snow. Paint jobs refinish looks amazing. I wish I knew they were going to cut the left quarter of my bed out instead of replacing the whole thing, I would have insisted it be replaced back to the original one continuous solid structure. The women I spoke to each phone call had been very helpful. My complaint is the integrity of a pieced together truck bed, and being told my my face that I don’t know my truck or how it looked before I dropped it off.
