Your shop I felt did a great job repairing my car. Darwin my service representative was very friendly and did a good job keeping me informed with regular updates on the status of my car. I appreciate that your team was able to get my car completed before I went away in vacation.... I was also assisted by a lovely lady who's office was next to Darwin's. She was very nice and helpful too !

There were multiple issues that I found when I picked the car up. 1. My new wicker bill that I had in the car was goneā¦It was returned back to me before leaving. 2. The top seal on the passenger side of the car was missingā¦This was put on before leaving. 3. I had 5 rear diffusers outlined with white tape installed and when I picked the car up, 3 of them were missing the white tape. 4. I noticed that the tail lights were missing the black plastic seals that mount on top when I stopped at the gas station. You can actually look through the back of the car and see the inside of the trunk without these pieces installed. I called the office and they said they would call me back to see if the pieces actually came in or not. Overall, the damages that the car had were fixed, but the attention to detail was lacking.
