The repair looks beautiful. Two of the three staff members I dealt with were incredibly personable and kind. The service adviser, Meiling, was not personable at all and actually seemed grumpy and annoyed. The young lady at the front desk had a great attitude and Luis, who showed me my car after the repair was complete, was very kind. My car wouldn’t start when we were going to leave and he immediately assisted me by jump starting my car. And he did it with a smile.

The repair work, and the customer Service was excellent. The only issue I have is that I paid for a rental that was to have been covered by the my insurance but that is a separate issue from the repair work. As I paid for the rental at your shop would I work that problem thru you or Enterprise?
