I haven't been to a collision place in the past, where phone calls continually come to me advising me of increased discovery and cost. My experience is the estimator checks the entire car and give you one rate to replace everything.

I guess there was a misunderstanding on the insurance, but my front bumper was never addressed and still has a 10 inch scratch across it. I was told they are going to get back to me soon. I am leaving for the summer in two weeks so I hope they get back to me quickly to address this.
