The repair was fine but it was impossible to get a hold of anyone for a status update. I called several times and was always told someone was at lunch (even at 4 PM). It makes sense why my car took 3 weeks when it seems lunch is from 10 to 4 every day! And the labor calculation was a joke. But you have to make money somehow when you take such long lunches I guess!
