I appreciate the work completed on my car, and the staff was courteous throughout the process. I was initially advised the repair would take about one business week, but it ended up taking 15 days total. I did receive a text update advising the completion date had been pushed back an additional week due to parts delivery. Communication was okay overall, and I appreciated being updated.At pickup, I noticed the driver floor mat was left with scuffs, and one of the wheel covers had a scratch/scuff that was not there when I dropped off the car. I mentioned the wheel cover issue at pickup, and while I was offered to have it repaired, it would have required bringing the car back and leaving it for another day, which was inconvenient after the extended repair time. While the repair itself was completed, the delay and the damage to the wheel cover took away from what could have been a much better overall experience.

Hoods not painted well. Over spray marks. Bumps all over. Left headlamp buff looks rushed edges. You can still see a couple scratches. Not happy with The hood is not painted well, with overspray marks and bumps all over. The left headlamp buffing looks rushed, with uneven edges. There are still a few scratches visible. The receptionist made leaving our car easy and quickly arranged for our rental from Enterprise to be delivered. Haley Ferree, general manager,who oversaw our repair, was efficient, empathetic and fully explained the timeline to expect. We were kept appraised, almost daily of the progression of the repair process.
