I still don’t have my car. It is still not restored to its pre-accident condition. The steering is still messed up. I cannot get ahold of Yolanda. Yolanda’s voicemail hasn’t been changed since Independence Day, 2024. She refuses to answer my calls or return messages. Brent sent my paperwork to a random stranger who now has all my info and the entirety of my cars info which is a violation of my privacy. Worst experience EVER.

The work was quicker than expected. I was kept informed throughout the process. The damage was completely repaired. The only thing is that the lights in the back of my car car have been turning off at times, so I think they are loose.
