They should under promise and over deliver. I was told three days. Then it turned into four and then five. I called each day by 330 to get an update vs being called to inform me of the delays. Everyone was very nice at the shop but need to better on follow up.

Everyone was very helpful from the front desk girls to finish. I knew what step my vehicle was at the entire time. My vehicle was ready when promised.
