Even with the exception of the back hatch and the broken light, I would return and/or recommend a friend.

The back hatch door is not properly secured. I still have to report it to the maintenance person. The light next the review mirror is broken.

The only thing is the text message updates. It went from saying almost finished to almost a 3 day delay. Not a big issue but it's a bit misleading

Professional, excellent service super friendly and courteous, the total package! . My car was involved in an accident. They answered the phone and explained the claim and repair process and made all the arrangements including my rental car pick up at their office. Kept me updated on the repairs and had my car ready on the date they gave me when I dropped it off and the rental company picked the rental up at their office. I had my foster puppy with me and one of the owners called me into his office and played with the puppy and told me about his dogs. Reminded me what service was like when I was growing up. And my car looks great.
