Can’t say a wonderful things about this collision shop and my car repair. My vehicle has some pretty good front end damage from an accident where I was hit. And Classic Collision got me all fixed up from the beginning of communicating with the insurance company to my Rent-A-Car situation to the absolute fantastic customer service and constant updates on my vehicles progress and the amazing job that was done once I got my vehicle back. Manny did a fantastic job. His customer service and keeping me in the loop was just outstanding. And everyone that worked on my vehicle, took a lot of pride and care and putting it back together and making sure that the paint match was perfect. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this shop.

We were sent to your business by our insurance company. We called and physically went to your company and the receptionist kept saying our insurance company had not contacted you. After repeated discussions with our agent they assured us that you had all you needed for our claim. We went another time and were told you didn't have any info for our claim. I called my agent again and they insisted that we reach out to you again. I called by phone and was told you had our claim info. My husband had just left there again. He turned around and went right back and was then told you must have made a mistake. No apology. It was a bit frustrating to deal with this. Our agent is not easy to reach. It was a rough start.

Robert was good at communicating - concern that when we picked up the truck we were advised that the back tire had a leak - it’s the same tire that was on the original accident on the passage front - tires were rotated - had to then take to Chevy to be advised it will cost us a new tire - I think the tire cost of told to progressive would have maybe totaled the truck - very ironic that this tire - which was a issue from the beginning was a issue - I even advised that we just purchased the tires 11 months prior. Now we are out of pocket for a tire that was involved in the accident Very inconvenient - we have been without a vehicle from November 19 to December 31
