Body work was good. However, someone not qualified damaged the automated tail gate that they had to have access to due the repair and did not report it being inoperable before or after services. I'm now out $1,800 in repairs at the GM dealer (Starling Chevrolet / ST Cloud FL)from your services. Carla the advisor was less than helpful in best identifying responsibility. Seems like the old business (Shamrock) is struggling to fitninto the new culture and willing to forego doing the right thing to meet new objectives.
