There’s a bubble or blob of paint on my door and apparently my windows were open at some point during the painting/clear coat as there is a coating inside my car, including on my touch screen, which will not come off

Classic collision did an amazing job. Christian was super informative letting me know each step by step and they worked with the rental car company to where it was SO easy I was personally driven to enterprise when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up I was able to just leave the rental there and go in my car, great job y’all !!! Also, Amazing work was done by the mechanic on the car; it looks just like when I bought it brand new! I had a super “exclusive “ paint color starry night black lol and they made sure that it was that EXACT starry night black…Thank you Classic Collisions!

Where do I begin….I have never dealt with a business that has such bad customer service, lack of professionalism, and poor quality work. A business should not take a job that they cannot handle, much less not be able to adhere to a timeline. My criticism is not just aimed at one person, but as the whole business in its entirety. There is no reason for a job to be estimated to take a month but actually be completed in two months with little to no explanation on the delayed process. The parts were at the shop in a timely manner. This job took way too long to be completed. Even at the end, when the car was cleaned, a very lousy job was done of it (loose debris of broken parts was found in the vehicle). Honestly, the repair was not worth the $9,000 that was paid by the insurance company. As a matter of fact, the door panel still has a hole in it. This shows that they didn’t bother to even quote it out. How could a car be returned back to its owner still having a broken part after months of repair? This is the first and last time I will ever use this business. The bottom line is from the top of the management to the lower staff, they need to do better. I will never recommend using this shop to anyone. I do not wish to be contacted in regards to my comments.

Service person Mike Petrie was very good, no issues, ladies at front desk were helpful. Phone system for office was very frustrating to both customers and staff, cut offs after choice menu given, unable to retrieve voicemails i left, other issues.
