The work was good, the timeliness was not. Between when I first requested to get scheduled for a quote to when the work was done. It was nearly two months. I was out of town and had my sister drop it off for the work. She dropped it to another classic collision that apparently is on the same street? It sat for a week before they called me asking about the car. Nobody at the location sent me a request for information or follow up about missing the appointment because of it being at the other classic collision. It was also late because the shop was down a guy, I wasn’t compensated doe anything. They made me get a cab to pick it up and didn’t offer to pay the $12 for me to get the cab. I won’t be using classic collision again. At any location in the United States. If anyone asks for recommendations. I’ll let them know they do good work, but only use them if you want to wait two months before the work is done. The work on my car was very minor. Just a door handle and some paint. I can’t imagine how long serious damage would take.

Had someone hit me very unfortunate accident but Classic Collision I would say was the best part, super professional , honest, they tell you what to expect and what is going to happen 10/10 called me with updates and also had a site for it.
