My car came with a chrome bumper which i covered with vinyl wrap because i hate chrome. When i needed repair i requested they get a black bumper to replace it with and you guys did! Very happy with my new black bumper <3

Overall they were very good about communicating the status of the work, however, after they determined that the initial estimate was incorrect and more work was required they didn't state the entire situation as concisely as they could have. The biggest concern seam to be damage control.

The truck looks better but is mechanically in worse shape than when it was brought in. 1. Back up sensors actually worked even after accident..they don’t work now 2. Side tool box closed properly before 3. Tailgate does not close or lock now 4. Left side panel is not even with right side panel 5. Left 4WD decal missing
