Communication was great, the app was very helpful providing me an update on where the ETA was at. I also appreciated the communications from CC before it happened regarding moving my repair from the Homer Drive shop to the Gambell shop, since the Gambell shop had more bandwidth/capacity to complete the repairs. Other companies may not have communicated that or just informed the customer it would take longer, but Classic Collision worked to find the most efficient path to completion.
