All work done on the vehicle looks great. The only thing to comment on was not calling me when my vehicle was not going to be ready because of a last minute part order. I found out I had to wait two more days and had to make last minute changes to my plans.

Mostly a problem with the text status updates. The last text I got said the repair was almost complete, on schedule and if there was any changes they would notify me. There were parts that had to be ordered but I was never notified. Personal plans were made around the original date which had to be changed rental car extended at the last minute. If you’re going to have a system to keep the customer informed then it should reflect what is really happening.
