Overall it was a great experience. I truly appreciated being informed of every step of the process while my Jeep was being repaired. The staff were all great and friendly also. The only negative is the total estimate having to increase because the time to paint was not in the estimate. I know estimates are just that, estimates but I would think the paint and the estimated time to paint would be first to consider when producing an estimate for a customer. It increased another time because of replacement parts which makes perfect sense. Jada was always attentive and Amerisa was always available and kept me informed of the increases and beside that one hiccup was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would definitely return as a customer and I'd recommend it to someone who needs a service repair shop. Thank you!
