Customer service was great! Kailee and Husain were very nice but sadly work was not done on a timely manor. 7 days went to 14 days very fast and then on the 14th day as I was picking up I was told it needed a final buff and could I bring it back? I was told it would only take an hour, no need to schedule…. I called to let them know I was coming. I brought my car in at 9 and it was not done till 4:30! Not happy will not recommend.

My scheduled drop off was Thursday afternoon and not much was done Friday, and the shop was closed on the weekend. Ideally my drop off day would have been earlier in the week so I wouldn't have my car rental over the weekend.
