Minneapolis is a big city. Hard to know who you can trust Classic Collision will be a go to in the future if we have need of repair

I called to check status and was put on hold and after holding for 10 minutes, I gave up. He did call the next day, which I appreciated. My repairs took two weeks longer than I was told at one point I could expect to pick up my car. I understand that addition damage was found, parts had to be ordered, etc. Still, that was difficult after I'd already been without a car for 2 1/2 months. I do want to say that once I got someone on the line, service was courteous and obliging.

I was very pleased with the outcome, barely recognized my car. It took longer than expected, but I’m glad they took their time and made sure it looked exactly like it should. I did see a few spots before taking off Husein made sure things were taken care of and touched up before I left and Franklin was my go to for updates.
