They were courteous the entire time. They were the ones who told me to contract the insurance company of the person who hit me and make claims directly through them instead of my own company. Doing so saved me the deduction. The Classic was thorough the entire time with me being totally satisfied with the results. I hope I never have to visit them again due to an accident, but if I have an accident, I will reach out to them.

Specifically, Hussein and Franklin were so responsive in their high level of customer service and explained the process of fixing my vehicle every step of the way as it related to my insurance claim. Did a really solid job with the repair, kept me up to date, and gave me back a squeaky clean car. The Mazda crystal red is a very difficult color to match (4-coats), but they matched it perfectly.

I realize that the pandemic changed a lot of things in the past couple of years, but once the team at this location fully gels, they should be a good autobody shop to go to. P.S. I really liked Franklin and Josh was much better in person than over the phone.
