110% satisfied! Husein greeted me as soon as I walked in and I immediately felt comfortable. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I knew I could trust him. I was considering going with another body shop but after meeting Husein it was a no brainer. He fulfilled every one of his commitments without fail and always put me first. He kept me updated on the repairs and did everything he could to meet my timeline. I could not have been more satisfied! Classic Collision did a GREAT job on my car! It looks better than it did before I ripped the bumper off, and was only without my car for 4 days, instead of the week, week and a half other places quoted me. They even buffed out a scratch that had nothing to do with my bumper—my car looks so good I have trouble finding it in parking lots. Thumbs way the heck up for this place!

Someone hit and damaged my car. It was a frustrating experience. But I submitted a claim to Progressive and was set up with Classic Collision. That made an otherwise frustrating experience, very positive. The team was professional, empathetic, and timely. My car was even more damaged than I initially thought and they returned it completely fixed, washed, painted and vaccuumed. I was very satisfied. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do I know i'll be taken care of.

I was really happy with how smooth the process was getting my car fixed, I’ve never had a better experience at a repair shop. Kristie killed it and was awesome to work with and everyone is pleasant to talk to. From giving my constant updates on my cars progress to finding it completely cleaned out when I got back in, I was totally blown away and will definitely come back if my car needs work done in the future 100%
