Overall the front office was good... Communication was solid and the repairs came out pretty good. I'm still waiting for one rear wheel mud flap to be replaced. I haven't heard back from Casey or Mikala, since I emailed and stopped by the facility to have the front door reworked to allow the door handle to open the door properly. Concerns: 1. Front door didn't operate from inside or outside after 1 or 2 successful attempts. This concern was addressed with Casey in short order (3-4 days) with me having to return the vehicle for the techs to adjust the internal wiring. It's been working smoothly since that visit. 2. Rear mudflap still needs to be replaced as part of the original estimate. This wasn't executed during the repair process. Casey said she would order it and let me know once it arrives. Photos were emailed same day after pick up from CCR facility with in a few hours... I'm still waiting for an email/text/phone call! Thanky You

The replacement and painting of parts was to my satisfaction and I was informed that a missing front sheet will be replaced once the part is in the workshop, which pleases me in terms of the workshop's responsibility.

A++++! Had my estimate on Monday, was able to get my truck in on Wednesday. All of my PDR was done in two days. Great communication throughout the whole process. Still waiting on my tonneau cover, but was able to pickup my truck today. Was told when my tonneau cover comes in m, to bring my truck back up, and they will install it for me. When I went to get my truck today, I was completely surprised they had polished my truck. Wasn’t expecting that at all. My truck looks better than went I bought it. Completely satisfied customer. Can’t say enough for the care of my truck. Thank you so much!!!!
