Exceptional service from Estimate to completed body work. Rick finished a reasonable estimate while I waited, and promised 3-day turnaround. He was so professional, articulate and efficient. Once the technician Joshua removed the bumper, he discovered the reinforcement bar was damaged on both sides, and was a safety issue. To answer my questions, he showed me all the damage on the car in the shop. Apparently people had hit me several times with their vehicle or tow hitch in parking lots!!! Unbeknownst to me! Short version is: the body repair discovered a safety issue and fixed it early - 2-1/2 days, not 3; under budget ($300 less), did a great job and made it an enjoyable experience. I wish all the suppliers I deal with were even half as good as Classic Collision. They are an exceptional standard for any business. Thank you, Rick,Joshua and Dee, the delightful office manager, for a happy experience!

B and Alex were amazing! They were very helpful and made the process of getting my car fixed, getting a rental and returning it, working with insurance and getting my car back seamless.
