This staff was so extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring about my car. They went out of their way to make sure I was fully updated, and to make sure they would hand back the car to me in perfect condition. I definitely will use them personally for any optimizations down the road if I need that service!

An a scale of one to 10 I would give a 15. I was very overwhelmed after my accident and concerned about the cost and time it would take to repair my car. Be at the front desk is polite, cheerful and very helpful. Alex and his team did an exceptional job repairing my car. It looks brand new. I was shocked when it was completed on the day that they said it would be. There were no delays, no phone calls just a text message daily saying that they were on schedule. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who needs their service.

Alex was great. He spent quality time with me to explain the work needed both when I dropped off my vehicle for repair and when I picked it up. He was personable, patient and welcoming. Willing to answer any question I asked and I never felt rushed or unimportant. My truck looks great and I am happy with the job the shop did. The front desk agent, Bee, was great also. Welcomed me with a smile and pleasant to talk with. All in all, I had a great experience with the team at Classic Collision.
