Overall I’d rate 4.7 stars. Repair took 2 days longer than I was quoted with no calls to let me know I had to call the office. Office should be proactive in letting customers know of delays. Also i got a notification 5 days later that my car was ready to pickup after I already picked it up. Oops

I never knew what was going on with my car until just over a week till it was done. I didn't have it for a month and had no answer or updates about what was going on with it when I was told I would get so many updates that I would be annoyed about it. It was the complete opposite. And there was no explanation to why my car was no ready when it was estimated. That hurt a LOT of my own personal plans. I got more messages to fill out the survey than I ever did about the progress of my car. I had to call insurance to see if I was going to get it fixed or if it was considered totaled.
