I was referred to Classic Collision by my insurance company to fix some body damage on my 2025 GMC. Staff was professional and friendly upon my first interactions with them. They explained the entire process to me and that I’d be notified via phone/text at certain stages of the process until completion. They were spot on. I received a couple phone calls giving me updates along with texts in-between. I was well informed thru the process and they completed the repairs a couple days early. If I need any sort of body work done again I will use Classic Collision! Thanks.

Staff went above and beyond for me. They were only supposed to repair my tires, but went the extra mile and checked my fluids, ultimately finding out that I had frothy engine oil. They informed me that my head gasket may be on the way out. Having that kind of a heads-up is a HUGE blessing to me!

Before I left their parking lot, the check engine light illuminated and the engine management light was flashing, indicating immediate attention required. I showed that to Tom and Jonni. They agreed that the car wasn't fixed properly. Similar to the shop that was in the same building before them, they aren't going to be in business very long. Nobody wants their car repaired like that.
