I would not recommend nor tell another not to use CC -- I would be very clear of my experience based on facts of situation and let another make up their own mind about use of CC.

5 rating based based on following: 9 body damage repairs 1.5 communication and customer service. Having to reach out to insurance for communication was an absolute frustration. Failure to communicate that engine replacement had been decided with out notification a major failure. Being spoken down to by receptionist--unprofessional and worthy of a 1.0 rating. CC failure to listen to my major concern of problems and their release of vehicle 2x to be driven with engine issue unresolved. Rather than CC towing vehicle back to shop they drove vehicle back to shop -- in addition to leaving me stranded on side of highway. Recommend less selling and more listening to vehicle owners.
