We were on our way to Hawaii for vacation, driving on I-5 N heading to the airport when passing under an overpass, something either came loose from the overpass, or off of a truck driving above on the overpass and hit our minivan and blew out the moonroof and scratched up the entire top of our minivan. We called our insurance agent and they recommended Classic Collision. We were able to get our car dropped off there the same day and still make it to Hawaii. While we were in Hawaii on vacation, Classic Collision sent us text messages updating us on the progress of their repair process on our vehicle… they ran into a couple of snags getting the parts that were needed to repair the track system for the moonroof but were still able to somehow make their original promise to have our vehicle ready for us upon our return from vacation in 8 days. They really did go the extra mile for us on this repair job. It looks like nothing happened at all to our vehicle. As a matter of fact our vehicle was detailed inside and out; looking all shiny and new! It smelled clean and fresh inside… I can’t say enough positive about our experience with Classic Collision. I would highly recommend them… definitely. Thank you to all of the amazing people at Classic Collision who went the extra mile to make it happen!
