I have used Classic Collision at Union City several times and have recommended others in the past. I can no longer refer a friend or colleague.

I am not happy about being ignored and having an item missing from the trunk. Professional courtesy and integrity should be important. Telling a customer you will call them back and then not following through for a week and not returning my toolbox is not ok

The work on my car is fine but I've been calling since I picked it up about a black box that was removed from the trunk. I've left numerous messages and spoken w/ Brandon, Keta and another woman and each time I'm told they will look into it and call me back. I don't call every day, in fact I called Mon and Fri and have even asked that the manager call me. The blanket that covers the space in my trunk where the first aid kit and jumper cables and a BMW tool box was lifted up. A blue towel was left there. I was very cordial when I called and told Brandon that maybe someone just forgot to put it back. I told Keya the same thing and she indicated she was going to look into it right away. I've never used your service and it was highly recommended, by the dealer. However, this is unacceptable.

Repairs (body work, paint job, small repairs under the hood) were excellent. Overall customer service needs improvement. Car was dropped off on Dec.11th and repairs completed Jan. 27th. I had to initiate calls to get a status on my vehicle. I understand about delays during the Holidays but just keep customer informed.

It saddens me to say I won't recommend Classic Collision, especially after having received two referrals (one from the dealership I use to service my vehicle and one from my brother-in-law). However, based on the stress and hassle that Classic Collision has caused me, I could not in good conscience recommend their services.

I was given the wrong pick-up date three different times. I picked up my car on Friday only to discover two major issues that weren't occurring prior to the accident that caused me to have my car brought to this shop. First, the passenger side windows don't function properly. Second, my trunk magically developed a leak and now has mold after being at this shop for nearly a month. Steve actually had the nerve to say that it takes years for mold to develop.

After having my car for over two month, my back light is still out, they didn't do the stenciling at all on my trunk, there is a strange rattling noise and Mr. Hughes never guy back with me regarding an estimate for having a previous deny removed.

The experience from the beginning was mediocre. The staff seemed lethargic and not attentive. I still wanted to give them a chance to prove my first impression wrong, as I had used this shop previously and was very satisfied years ago. There seems to be a lack of interest in customer service at this shop. The staff customer service is lethargic.
